To begin, their website is very confusing to navigate. It looks as though they commissioned a group of apes to create it. I can't seem to come up with anything! When I do discover something, the descriptions of the products are like reading a dictionary. Who in their right mind would want to know that much information about a showerhead? Just inform me whether or not it has a water spray function! What about their prices? Don't even get me started. They advertise huge discounts, but when you compare their prices to those of other places, you realize that it's almost as if they're charging you extra just to be in their presence. What a waste of money! And now, a word about the quality of their support for customers. They are about as useful as a screen door on a submersible. They are completely useless. When I contacted customer service about a problem with a product, they simply ignored me as if I were an annoying mosquito. Do they not understand that consumers are the driving force behind the success of their company? It would appear not. To summarize, if you are looking for a stressful experience related to home improvement, then you should go ahead and purchase at KAIYING. You'll be tearing your hair out over their baffling website, the exorbitant prices of their products, and the unresponsiveness of their customer service. Avoid going to this internet store at all costs if you care about maintaining your mental health.
