Large size is great!
from Ben's wife--I like the larger size of this blender bottle. I mix up aminos and a veggie powder in water before working out. This seems to blend thoroughly each time--which is what you want out of a blender bottle. I do find I get a little leak once in a while but that is usually corrected by taking off the lid, rinsing it off, and tightening it as hard as I can.
