I'm in the middle of moving and having to outfit my new place with a lot of organizing stuff. I have a pull-out steel basket organizer that I brought with me, which has the sliders *inside* the frame so it does not have to be fastened to anything to work. It appeared that this item was built the same way--I couldn't tell from pictures or descriptions--and its size fit under my sinks. I ordered three, because it can be mounted in either the left or right position.Turns out, it's quite difficult to get the basket wire to seat into the drawer-slider slots to begin with (a rubber hammer is your friend, but may not be enough to make it seat solidly).Worse, it has to be screwed down to the bottom of the cabinet under your sink.Think about that for a minute:Next time something goes wrong with the plumbing, you can't just pull the whole unit out. You'll have to unload the baskets, unscrew the four mounting plates from your cabinet floor, and only then will you be able to remove the organizer. I've had enough plumbing disasters to know I *do not* want to do that in order to get to the shut-off valve when water's spraying all over the place.I kept one, because I can mount it to a thin piece of plywood and there's a tiny lip on my cabinet that will hold it in place when I pull out the basket. The other two are going back.I don't know about you, but I'm thoroughly fed up with Chinese products that have incomplete or inaccurate descriptions, come with instructions in 2-point type and pictures you need a 50x magnifier to see (as this one did), and still don't explain exactly how they work. Thank goodness I've done enough of this stuff that I didn't need the picture, in which the mounting plate drawing was so tiny it was a black blob.Unless you don't mind the work and the water spray when a leak shows up, I'd give this one a miss and look for something that has legs and internal sliders.
