I use Sigma brushes and Real Techniques brushes but I'm looking for more. I didn't think they would meet those standards, but why not try them for $10? At first I didn't pay much attention to them. I used them sparingly. The 5 eye brushes are a bit "bulky", not the thin brushes for detailing, but they are great for eyeshadow in the crease. And they are also great for contouring small areas. Yesterday I washed my brushes in warm water with coconut oil and dish soap and now they are soft, clean and just perfect. The bristles are of very good quality. They are softer after applying coconut oil. Face brushes are great for powder, blush, or contour. For some reason the eye brushes aren't labeled. Big brushes. In general, brushes grow on me. I'm glad I didn't fire her right away. Washing made a big difference. Glad I took them! Update: These brushes really didn't last. I'm updating my rating and lowering my rating from 5 to 3 stars.
