I like its look and the idea of two levels. I think I would probably think it was too big for a newborn, I didn't get it until my baby was a bit older. The bassinet level started tipping over time and I am now seeing other reviews saying this has happened to them. Well I didn't like that the kid rolled sideways and leaned down a little bit. And we're back because when it's all the way to the bottom, the sides have to be all the way up, otherwise the mesh will be too loose, and when the sides are all the way up, it's too high to reach to lay the baby Low. Definitely higher than the usual packaging and games or even our cot. It's sad because I love the concept and the look, but it just won't work for us. You can set one side higher than the other to tilt it for reflux or sinus issues, but only when in tote mode.
