This Mandoline or Vegetable Slicer is one of the few tools that makes very thin strips. It is made of three stainless steel blades and pine wood with excellent craftsmanship. The only downside we found with this shredder is that its blades aren't adjustable. But it doesn't matter, as it is already set to very thin slices at the factory. Overall, this product offers exceptional value for money and is definitely one of the best cabbage cutters you will ever find. What else you need is a good kale or sauerkraut recipe.
