So easy to hold with the easy grip handle and its lightweight and durable. Its so easy to use this rope. Your workout will be increased with this jumprope. Great product.

Pros

The hand grips are just too loose on the rope for it to be comfortable to use.

Cons

May not provide enough of a workout for some athletes

These are great! Super lightweight and easy to use. Love that it is adjustable. There is almost 9" of height difference between my son and I and we were both able to take one and adjust it to our own height
