The best thing about gymnut is that it's very user friendly. You can easily create your own workout programs without any prior experience of programming or coding. It also has an option where you can customize your program by choosing from over 1000 different exercises and making sure they're suited according to your needs. I dislike being able to only use one app at once, but if there are two apps open in my phone then when I switch back to the other app, the previous data disappears unless I close out both applications completely. Also sometimes when using the app, some things don't load properly like images or videos. So make sure to test everything carefully before actually doing anything with your personal information. Tracking what kind of exercise activities i do every day helps me stay motivated as well as helps me lose weight.
