Reduce the size by half a size!
I love them and am very happy to get a child size at a lower price than an adult. I'm a 4.5 although my usual adult height is a 7. You are a bit big. If you don't tie the top opening of the laces, they will slide up and down your heel. The toe box is also a little tight, not uncomfortable for me but just FYI.
