I'm reversing an update. If you run into issues with this device, check out your usb outlet or system of connection. Also, windows is always updating, and those updates can mess things up too. I noticed this device having issues and I assumed it was the device, then thought better of it when my other mouse was doing the same things. I did some things to correct my system and the mouse is working fine again. Windows Updates are a pain sometimes.When I ordered this mouse, I thought to myself the third time is the charm. So far the mouse is working as expected, and it feels good. I charged it. Red light was on until it was charged and then the light was off when fully charged. It worked right away with no troubles. It's a bit slow to react when moving on the mouse pad, but it's accurate, and it works well. I think I just need to get used to the finer difference in the friction when compared to the mouse I was using. The buttons and roller work fine. The mouse looks cool. I ordered the black green because I thought it was close to the color of some beetles I like. It's a fun color and better than silver or black, and a good change of pace. I used the computer usb charging port because the instructions say to do this because the cell charger is too strong and will harm your mouse and the battery. So, charge using a computer usb port. This may be what killed the other two devices, because they did not have clear instructions or warnings about this and I did use a regular charger connected to an outlet.5 stars.
