The ability to see business opportunities for our organization. It's a bit slow to use and could be improved. We're using it to identify opportunities for a new product and service line for the company. It has been helpful in this process so far. We have not noticed any issues with the program itself, but we've only used it one time for a training session. I can't think of anything at the moment, but if someone does come up with something let me know! This program has helped us identify opportunities for a new product and service line for our company. Our team has enjoyed working with the system and feels it has helped them learn how to access the information they need quickly.
