These are the cutest stickers I have ever seen. I didn't have the instructions, but I figured it out from the product's description and other people's reviews. Set the iron on the linen so it's HOT. I tried the decal on an old shirt just to experiment. You get a lot, so it wasn't a big sacrifice. I used a bandana for abs. I pressed the iron straight down twice to count to 20 on each part of my design, then turned the garment over to iron the reverse and counted to twenty. I allow my designs to cool completely before testing the transfer paper. If there was real resistance, I gave it 20 more bills and let it cool down. Thoroughly clean. It takes a little force to separate the sticker from the paper. It's not fast and you need some patience. I also took the time to post my design. It was a great way to dress up in simple play clothes. I am very happy.
