As soon as I poured the wine through the aerator and heard the whistling sound, I knew it was worth the money. When I go to Cooper's Hawk they have a nice aerator that they bring to the table. The wine is always excellent in the restaurant. However, the same bottle at home isn't exactly the same unless you let it breathe for a while. Now we can pop the cork, pour wine through our new aerator, and enjoy a glass that tastes just as delicious as sitting in Cooler's Hawk. I plan to buy a pair of these as gifts for friends. As an added bonus, I was able to drink a cheap bottle and not have a tannin headache!
