My daughter has just started using it as an alarm clock to wake up for school. When the alarm rings, the clock stops working. At first I thought it was a coincidence because I had put the batteries in the clock and they were plugged in as a backup in case we had a power outage due to a storm. I took out the batteries, I had to turn off the clock when the time stopped and reset the clock and alarm, and when the alarm rang the clock stopped working again. I had to disconnect and reconnect the alarm to reset it and then reset the clock and alarm which of course stopped working again. However, this time the time on the clock has changed by 4 hours. It's rubbish, unreliable, and my daughter almost missed her bus today. So it ends up in the trash and I wish I had checked it out as soon as I received it so I could return it.
