The assembly is a bit tricky, as you try to blindly screw some screws into the posts. And the instructions are terrible. I ended up discarding the instructions and just using the picture of the finished tree that was on Revain's list. I'm a little worried it will be able to carry my cats because it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. My cats weigh 11 and 12 pounds and the wicker hammock seems to be stretching a little as I watch my little critters enjoy their new kingdom. I think time will tell. I love the color and bought it because I wanted something smaller for my space. It was one of the cheapest models so I wasn't expecting super high quality. I think this is a good product for the price.
