I usually buy this product every six to eight months. This is a great purchase and it's real hair. I straighten, curl and let air dry. This time I had a problem with the purchase. Revain did nothing to help me with the issue, but Youngsee contacted me and quickly resolved the issue. Nothing happened to the product itself, just some missing parts. So because Youngsee has such great customer service, they sent me a new box of hair. They were even kind enough to send me new wavy hair. I was very excited as I have naturally wavy hair. It's hard to blend everything out when I let my straight hair air dry. Let's face it, there are days when all I want to do is shower and go. My normal hair is very thin and doesn't grow back. I change my extensions every 5-6 weeks because my hair is very thin and seems to fall out quite easily. This is not the fault of the product. When I first styled my wavy hair, it came together perfectly, but I knew getting it wet would change that. 18 inch hair is quite heavy, so I suggest adding volume rather than length with wavy extensions. Posted some photos and videos. In some photos I just let my hair dry and in the video after I curled it. I believe since I went for something quite long this hairstyle will just need more maintenance. I love this product and it's the perfect price. Just remember to add oils to your hair extensions. I use Aragon or Formula 18 oil. Will definitely buy this product again but will probably switch to 14" if I decide to stay wavy.
