I'm not disappointed with the shoe itself, the shoe was ok but too big so I had to send it back. I paid $6 to have the shoes shipped, I agree. But I don't agree to pay $13 to send them back. Most shoe companies offer a free exchange if the shoes don't fit, I shouldn't assume all companies do. Make sure you order the right size at the beginning, otherwise you will pay more shipping than the shoes are worth. Now I paid $19 and have no shoes to show.
