Using it as a simple "tool box" full of tools will not work. The handles (ALL three) will not be strong enough and will break - as many people have said! With an additional "car" this works wonderfully. I needed it for power tools and bulky light electronic items as "GO KIT". The weight added very quickly with minimal tools and supplies. This is NOT easy to carry with a top handle of around 30lbs due to the bulky size resting on your knees. Any use of three handles feels solid at this weight. TWO other PROs to look out for: 1) The entire back has a VERY GOOD TOOL HOLDER which I have found incredibly useful for all of my specialty power tools that have always been buried in 3 [THREE] different other tool boxes that I have used , when full, STILL not all I needed! 2) It's truly AIR tight and even has a vacuum release valve (so you can open it). You get in with other junk and it will prevent your tools from rusting!
