Review on IVISII by Robert Grimm

IVISII sells a broad variety of high-quality electronics and photography gear, however I recently had a negative experience with their customer service. Unfortunately, the camera lens I recently ordered from IVISII arrived harmed. I tried to obtain a replacement by contacting their customer service department, but the procedure was tedious and frustrating. It took several emails and phone calls for me to receive a response, and when I did, the agent was unhelpful and unremorseful. In addition, I discovered their website to be a little complex and challenging to use. Furthermore, there were too many stages and a difficult checkout process. Despite the high caliber of their goods, I was unimpressed with IVISII in general. Even while I know problems can happen with any business, their lack of attentive and helpful customer support made me feel uneasy. To give their customers a better overall buying experience, I hope they can enhance their customer service in the future.
