Review on Tenergy Premium PRO Rechargeable AA Batteries by Patricia Muller

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Battery gauge is off the charts (sort of)

I bought this batch of batteries for general use and at first thought it would be a sensible move measure the capacity of each battery. Each of them has crossed the green side of the energy bar. I am a fan of Eneloop batteries and they are good batteries and even very good ones in my opinion. They're better so far, but to be honest they haven't been tested for repeated loading and durability. I might point out that they deliver better performance and more initial power than Eneloop and Duracell as well as Energizer batteries and even their lithium types. I might also point out that they may not work in some battery powered devices as their girth is larger. For example, when used in smaller 3-cell flashlights, which have three batteries placed in a battery holder that slides into the flashlight body, it may not fit as they are too wide. This was my experience so be aware.

Pros
  • Heavy duty AA batteries deliver consistently high power from -4°F to 122°F
Cons
  • No power
