I read many reviews before ordering. Many noted that the chair was smaller than expected. It was exactly what I was looking for - a small chair. I'm a little over 1.50m tall and this fits perfectly. Lumbar support available, armrests at a good height. The guy who helped put it together (well, he did most of the work) is maybe 5ft 10 and 165lbs and said it was comfortable. Although visually it looked a bit small for him. I think it's important not to think of it as a "real" executive chair, but as a "desk chair" in the style of an executive chair. That is, people are at a loss when it seems to them. The measurements are clear in size, it's just that people assume what they see is larger than it actually is. The leather trim is well made, well sewn and looks very chic. The instructions were clear and the extra screws and such came with what I needed. Attaching and resetting the armrests will be MUCH easier with two people and probably frustrating if only one person is trying to do it alone. I think the up and down controls feel a lot better than many chairs I've had before. So very happy. I don't think it would be good for a 6ft 5,250lb guy (or girl). It's just not meant to be.
