WIRELESS Headsets with Best Sound in the $500 Range

There are many great wireless headsets ("cans") out there today, and I've probably heard most of them. They all offer what others lack, be it good value for money, excellent noise cancellation or flawless Bluetooth/mic integration. This Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless Copper Set is easily the best sounding wireless in the category. Point. For the money, the Sennheiser HD 660 S definitely beats the Beyerdynamic Amiron - in terms of sound quality. And the other two devices I've turned my search to - Bowers & Wilkins PX7 and Sony WH-1000XM3s - have challenged the beyerdynamic Amiron on other fronts, such as: B. superior Bluetooth phone call integration (PX7) or noise cancellation. (Sony). But if you want the BEST SOUNDING WIRELESS CANS in the $500 range, the Beyerdynamics Amiron is the place to be. Beyerdynamics ALWAYS goes for sound quality when it comes to technical considerations between sound quality or, for example, Bluetooth integration or noise cancellation. That doesn't mean the Beyerdynamic Amiron doesn't have cutting-edge Bluetooth technology or noise-cancellation. That's how it is. But when it came down to offering audio fidelity nirvana and programming a soundwave that performed FULL noise cancellation but degraded audio quality, beyerdynamics dropped noise cancellation and chose to rely on their superior ear cushions to eliminate a good 75% of the ambient area of the room that you are (Bose, for example, eliminates nearly 100% of the ambient noise in the room). Something that happened during a phone call or Zoom meeting made me stop and ask people to be quiet. It's white noise that's easy to pay for unmatched sound quality. Both microphones work great: one is built into the headset (in wireless mode) and the other plugs into the wired jack. Not all wireless headsets offer a wired jack option, and these beyerdynamics REALLY underscore once again the pursuit of sound quality, as when it comes to sound quality, a wired connection is always - ALWAYS - superior to a wireless one. And I find that I only use WiFi when I need it and when the sound quality isn't critical, like during a phone call or Zoom meeting. But with an impedance of 32 ohms and a wired 3.5mm jack, these Bayers are designed to get the most out of my Samsung Galaxy smartphone in my Revain Prime UltraHD music service.
