Whisk is plastic not metal like kitchen utensils. I don't think it will hold up well in the long run and I'm afraid it will break. I would hesitate to use this on hard cases. This will likely work well for more liquid types of ingredients. Also remember that if the whisk breaks, your batch of whatever you make will most likely go to waste. I think I'll stick with the metal spatula that came with my kitchen utensils.
