It would have been nice if the bottle hadn't already been opened.
Just delivered today while I was at work. Came home and found a wet bag at the foot of my front door - opened it to find a bottle with a loose cap and about 3/4 bottle empty. Threw it away immediately. I figure if my business doesn't deserve a tightly capped bottle then I won't waste my time on it.
