I bought this bag for a number of reasons: It is leather as advertised. Mind you, the "lower" end of the skin. However skin. (Think of the PRICE!) I used to buy these bags in "vegan" or faux leather. For me it was just a huge waste because they either fell apart, especially the handles or the stitching, and I also found them to dry out (spoil) within a season or two. I wanted a leather bag with legs to protect the bottom (a must have in the handbag) and in this color. This is the size I prefer and so far I'm happy with my purchase. This bag comes with two straps. A set is attached to a bag. The other clip is designed to be worn on the shoulder or crossed. I personally don't find it necessary to attach the shoulder strap. The strap that snaps onto this bag is ENOUGH to carry it in your hand or over your shoulder and still have enough room. (Including zippers!) Do these Chinese think "gold” hardware should look like this? I think they can do better. :/ Therefore 4 stars. PS I will be back to let you know how this handbag is doing this fall this season. (If I remember! ;)
