I bought this MP3 player in March 2020 with 3 year protection plan because it was cheap. About a month later the player broke, I contacted the planners and they sent me a new one. This one lasted the same, the screen, power button and card slipped into mp3. I contacted them again and they sent me a new one. The screen on this new device is cracked and when I hear something it turns off so I turn it back on and it takes me to another album. So I contacted them again and they seem tired of me getting so many free MP3s from them. But this time they are not so willing to send me a new one, which is why I bought the plan. I'm tired of calling again and again and for the last time and not getting another mp3. And you're probably wondering how I deal with this? I carry it in my pocket most of the time. I had an MP3 player that my brother carried for many years - I carried it in my pocket all the time too - and it still works, I just got a new one because I needed more card space. They have made these MP3s much more durable, I recommend them. So don't buy this player if you don't want your stuff to break easily.
