Easy to cut and apply

I cut the foam into strips and attach them to the bed frame headboard so they don't squeak or bang against the wall. I cut out the pads with a serrated bread knife, which worked great. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very simple, no-tools headboard solution!
