The pattern is difficult to read.

I wish the pattern was easier to read. It would be nice to have some color like red and blue icons along with black on the template. Or at least a better selection of icons instead of similar looking icons, especially when the pattern is printed on a smaller graphic. Zooming in on the copier didn't help much. I'm having a hard time getting in the mood to sew this, but I have to because it's a gift.

I didn't realize the nature of this kit. No design on the fabric. Very hard to follow
