Excellent belt, not a belt for guns

There are no questions about the quality of this belt. It is inherently thick and strong. It's good. - I really like that I can replace the equipment with my own. Poorly. - I wouldn't call it a rifle sling if you add a weapon. I carry an AIWB and don't have a stomach to shove my gun forward, but my gun tends to fall forward on its own and this strap isn't holding it in place. I also replaced the stock hardware for my buckle and it shows how much the belt rolls from top to front. Of course, when I wear the IWB on my right side, it doesn't roll out or flip over, but the buckle still rolls out with the gun holstered. As this leather softens over time, the top of the sling will twist even more as the pistol grip area falls forward. I have a traditional dress/gun belt that has a sturdy leather exterior and a hard core between the leather and doesn't sag like this belt. with small car! I'll have to take some photos later and post them. It can also be difficult to tuck the strap under the strap loop and I can foresee skin tears if I keep moving it into the loop like all my other straps. done in the past. Please don't think I'm hard on this belt because. whatever you think I have other gun slings that are real gun slings and do not serve the same purpose as a gun sling. If you want to call it a gun sling, then it should hold up like one, no pun intended.

Pros
  • Gun holsters, cases and bags
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
