This shows the quality of the stainless steel set. Stackability is crucial for our small kitchen. Will last longer than you, but a possible downside is that they're heavy, like using a cast iron skillet all the time, especially a saucepan. I don't care about the weight, but my girlfriend does. As it is not non-stick I recommend heating it before adding oil/food - once hot add oil/non-dairy oil for the best non-stick result (if you want to fry an egg, e.g. example). High temperature oils like grapeseed oil don't work as well, let alone olive oil or anything like that. To get a really good and easy clean, buy a Bar Keepers Friend and use a stiff brush and it will shine and remove all that nasty smell. I also use the lodge scraper after soaking it in water for a while. I would recommend this if you don't mind more weight and you know how to use this type of set as it is made of stainless steel.
