Incomplete instructions, difficulty in obtaining assistance
After install bringing the slide out caused to awning to walk up the top of the slide out and bent one of the support arms. I have been unable to reach anyone to obtain a replacement arm and ask about a fix. Possibly a shim to bring the awning out enough to clear to facia and eliminate the friction causing the walking. I’ll keep trying but any help would be appreciated.
