This set of three pans for under $20 is phenomenal. Although they come pre-seasoned, we've found it's best to re-season after a few uses, and preferably after purchase, by greasing and rubbing canola oil well, then heat over a pan and heat to 450 degrees for an hour. Seasoning, lubricated with oil and reheated. It is recommended to do this at least 3 times, but after 2 times the pans became very black and slippery. After each use, we immediately clean and season them by rubbing them with canola oil and immediately turning them upside down on the stovetop we just used. So nothing gets stuck!
