Review on ๐Ÿ‘– TBMPOY Women's Ski Snow Pants - Waterproof Windproof Hiking Warm Fleece Lined Softshell Insulated Pant by Victor Shepherd

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great softshell pants, but runs small!

I bought these pants for outdoor work in the rainy Pacific Northwest and they are still holding up well. I was looking for a warm, water-repellent softshell/synthetic pant made of a material strong enough that it wouldn't easily snag or tear when climbing up and down steep terrain in the woods and working in the brambles. The material itself is fairly durable and the pants are warm (and fleece lined so can be worn with or without base layer pants), but I may have to revisit this review if seams, zippers or other weak links come out prematurely. Out of order. Judging by the price, I'm skeptical, but who knows. Like most women's pants, they are a little roomy at the waist/hips and a little tight at the hips and bottom. Luckily, they come with a carrying strap. If you're like me and have a leaner build that's more of a sprinter than a marathoner, you may have the same issue and I would recommend going up the size. If you're layered you might even want to go up two sizes, but that really depends on your body type and how you want the pants to fit. If you have narrow legs or often wear a size smaller, you may not need to size up at all. For reference, I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 120 pounds. and usually wear a size 2 or XS in street and work wear so I bought them in a size 4 on the recommendation of other reviewers.
