Review on Waterproof Raincoat Lightweight Windbreaker Outdoor by Sandy Taylor

I did not pay attention to this jacket, it is noisy plastic and there are two zippers, why, the lower one could not be opened, so I had to put it on my head, I did not want plastic Sweatshirt. So I'm sending this jacket back, it didn't fit me. EDIT three days later. I finally managed to open the jacket, the zip situation is tricky, both zips have to be closed and the right side is slipping out of both zips. I've used the jacket in the rain, it certainly stayed dry but still stiff and noisy.
