Meets Customer Criteria Checklist

This phone system met the purchase criteria checklist and exceeded the upgrade and replacement expectations of mine current phone: (1) answering machines and handsets with organized keyboard layout; (2) Call barring and caller ID voice prompt; (3) Base unit with independent keyboard and phone call function; (4) aesthetic appearance. The keyboard layout is well organized and intuitive without looking cluttered or sporadic. Call blocking has eliminated robocallers and telemarketers who constantly call in the early hours of the morning, resulting in a noticeable reduction in unwanted solicitation calls. (Incoming calls are selectively blocked if the system does not recognize the number/caller, and unwanted active calls can be redirected to the blacklist by simply pressing the "Block Call" button.) Caller ID voice prompt allows this Receiver to hear the tone of the caller's name instead of seeing it on the screen. The base station (separate from the handset) allows you to answer and make calls and can be used as a 5th functional phone option. This phone system looks attractive and complements most home decor. It doesn't look like a "Playskool" toy, unlike some cordless phones that are available in retail stores. The design is sophisticated, modern and stylish. Yes. . . There are more advanced phone systems on the market with better features that boast cutting edge, futuristic and sophisticated designs. But for this price - four handsets, answering machine, base unit keypad and calling functionality, call blocking functionality, voice recognition alert - this phone system is great value and a great deal!
