Review on 🦷 Spotlight Oral Care Total Care Toothpaste: Cavities Prevention, Hypersensitivity Relief, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Active Fluoride & Pentasodium Triphosphate, 100mL/3.4 fl oz by Omar Bokil

My husband and I have sensitive teeth and gums and have found LOTS of relief from Sensodyne Rapid Relief which contains 0.454% stannous fluoride. I wanted to try this toothpaste as it is vegan, gluten free and said to help with sensitivities. However, it contains SODIUM fluoride (0.24%), which some studies have shown is NOT as effective as stannous fluoride in fighting rot. You can find them yourself on the Internet and read about them. Stannous fluoride is much more effective at fighting bacteria than sodium fluoride, so I wouldn't order this toothpaste again for that reason alone. The mint flavor was mild, which was good, but it was very difficult to squeeze out of the tube. When I finished brushing my teeth, I didn't feel "freshly brushed", smooth and clean. I went back and brushed my teeth again with Sensodyne and my teeth were clean after the second brushing. Unfortunately, vegan toothpaste doesn't work for me.
