The material is quite soft and does not keep its shape, judging by the pictures on the internet I was wrong. The zip has big gaps at the end or beginning, but it's ok for work and the beach - I wouldn't use it on a crowded bus or where I'm afraid of pickpockets. I like it. I adjusted the straps a bit: sewn them to the bag all the way to the top edge of the bag, making it slimmer.
