We use ZF for our inbound shipments from suppliers, as well as outbound orders that require some level of tracking (i.e., not just "hand off"). They do this very efficiently with little impact at all on my end--except they've done it so quickly I don't even realize we're using them! There's no need anymore for us to run our own system because their service is better than anything else available online today. The only things about which there could be improvement would relate specifically to how customer support handles issues/questions when something goes wrong; however, given its success overall, those are minor quibbles compared to everything working perfectly every time without fail.
