The tool makes it easy when you are working with multiple clients or agencies so there's no confusion about who owns what data points in regards of your client accounts within their account management system (or lack thereof). It would be nice if we could make changes via API instead of having an admin interface which can feel clunky at times - like clicking links takes too long sometimes! We're able solve problems such as how do I get my campaign into AdWords? How does this work best compared to competitors'? That sorta thing without needing another team member involved directly every step along way from creating our first report up until final execution/launch date etc..
