Not Heavy Duty, not as shown. There is elastic on the front and back, but it would be better if it was elastic around the entire perimeter. We have an extra cab Ford Ranger 4x4 and it's been too long. The material is very thin and every wind picks it up and blows it away. I don't know if it's waterproof yet, but it should at least offer some sun protection with the clips we used to attach it.
