I give the product 5 stars - I bought these for my granddaughter a year ago and she loves them so much I decided to order them again as her size has changed. With that said.I ordered these on June 30. It's July 12 and they haven't shipped them yet. Not sure why processing of the order should take almost 2 weeks, but because I love the slippers so much, I'll continue to wait. Processing and shipping gets 1 star. I'll update this review when I receive the slippers.Update: We finally received the slippers. They were in great condition and our granddaughter loves them. They fit great and are well made. The slippers were shipped the day after I posted this initial review - interesting. I understand that shipping can take longer due to the current pandemic crisis but I still don't know why it took 2 weeks to process the order - just seems a little excessive to me.
