I didn't know the car charger I had before ($4 at Walmart) charged my phone this way. in the middle. I plugged in this charger, drove to and from a gas station (it's about 1/2 mile from my house) and my phone was 25% cheaper than 4%. Do not lie. One day this will save my life. I only have one tiny complaint, but I don't know if it's the adapter - my charging cable slips out very easily, there's no "gripping". I also LOVE aluminum. When I took it out of the box it fell on my wooden floor. I thought - excellent, it is already being dented, broken off, damaged internally. nope! I can't even tell where he fell on the floor. If anything - damaged my floor (not quite, but you understand). I will buy another Type-C cable, see if it slips out again, if not I will buy another one for my husband and mother. Conclusion: If your device doesn't support fast charging with your current car adapter, BUY IT. Thanks very much!
