tl;dr: The bowls are cute but I only got two unbroken and the seller leaves a lot to be desired. Advantages: - Unique appearance. I haven't seen anything like this in regular stores and they add a bit of interest to the table. -Good quality? Some arrived broken, but they resemble the bottom end of the bone china you can find at TJ Maxx and the like. . In comparison, they are about as thick as Corningware glass plates. This left me with two perfect bowls and two broken but working bowls from a set of six. The shells themselves arrived with oily production residue and dust, especially on the bottom. I know you have to wash your clothes before using them but this was very gross. - Salesperson. Just. Salesperson. I wrote to Delling-US about the cups which broke in transit and they offered me a replacement. Great, great. It happens, they offered to fix it, right? That was two weeks ago, nothing came through and no update message was sent, but I've had a few requests for feedback. At this point it seems to me that they are holding my replacement hostage in exchange for this review. Not cool and I'm pretty sure it's against Revain's Terms of Service. Inside the box was a flyer with a coupon for 30% off a future Delling china order, but the coupon code was not included. It doesn't really matter now because I will never buy anything from them again, but it adds insult to injury. I ended up planning to get the same plates and maybe rectangular plates for snacks because I like the way the bowls look. . However, I don't feel like going through all this nonsense again, so it's difficult at the moment. I would return what I have but I threw away the broken ones in the packaging they came in after Delling received a reply regarding a replacement because the pieces were sharp, numerous and often tiny and I didn't accidentally cut them wanted me so this is no longer an option. . Excellent. And Delling? Here is your feedback. Send me my replacement now. February. Update 18: My replacement arrived today. They are not dirty like the first batch and look intact.
