Worked as it should to pull out the chain slack and then held the chain in place so I could do it easily. especially with large chains. This puller is a lot more reliable than I expected, it's a very well built tool. I've seen reviews saying problems with stripping, these people must have been trying to stretch the chain, not pull out the slack. Reasonable price, good offer.
