Review on Premium 3W Cargo Liner for BMW X5 2019-2021: All-Weather Custom Fit Trunk Mat - Heavy Duty & Black, Not for Hybrid by Michael Briggs

After searching and asking many different brands/manufacturers of car floor mats/inserts I decided to buy these from 3W. materials and found it cheaper. I'm sure the fit won't be an issue as more and more mats are being measured and shaped using a laser process, so it depends more on the type of materials. I read the articles about TPE, the materials that 3W uses, and I was convinced. that this is my top choice, in large part because of the "NO ODOUR" characteristics. No one likes the smell of rubber, and since most cars are always locked tight, the smell of rubber hasn't gone away. I think we just got used to it. lol To make a final decision I sent a message to the company via FB messenger, chatted with Angela and asked about all my concerns like warranty and warranties and she explained it to me and gave me a guarantee that she was into her product and reminded me that if I didn't like it I could send it back without obligation, which gave me confidence. I placed my order and received the product on time and quickly. There are four mats in the package and first thing I do is check if it smells like rubber and lo and behold it doesn't smell, thumbs up and then I started putting it on my car and found the mat on the driver's side was missing (WHAT! )….BUT. The passenger mat is double (OKEY No Worries), I keep putting the mats in place to see how it fits. It's good that I have good communication with Angela: when I'm working on my rugs I send messages and she replies immediately, she helps me with the installation that the rugs are folded for shipping what I need to get them to re-mold so that it went back to its molded shape and fit well, that is good customer service and with the sincerity to help. I was impressed how she handles everything. I'm late with a review to get a replacement for my drivers side mat, they sent it out promptly and delivery was quick, I also inquire about the clamp cover nipple design and explain why and offered me a flat one I also got one for a replacement and replaced the original nipple cover. The nipple design allows you to attach a different type of mat (which they are developing) so you don't have to take a TPE floor protection mat. (Resourceful) So far I'm very pleased and would recommend this to my friend and hope to help others who read my review of their process. I'm happy to give a 5 star rating for customer service, quality and amenities, and prices. Thanks very much!
