The company bribes for positive reviews

Update: Now I know why all the reviews were so good and my experience so bad. I received an email from a company offering me a $100 gift card to remove my review. I think it would be wise for the company to instead invest those funds in research and development to create a product that works as advertised. Due to distorted and misleading reviews I made a mistake that could have been very costly and I don't think it's fair to take advantage of such people. Brand, because I was really interested in obstacle avoidance. I am disabled and find it very difficult to rescue vacuum cleaners that often get stuck so this seemed like the perfect solution for me. I had 4 different floor robots and this one was MUCH worse and couldn't clean on its own, fill a map or be controlled from an app. He never cleaned by himself or returned to the charging station, and most of the time he couldn't even leave the room he started in. The map he made had to be recreated several times because he had whole rooms left out: he made a map of what he could see outside the door and you could tell the door was fully open and the way clear, but for some reason he decided not to enter the room to complete the map. and there was no way to manually add a room. After having to reset the map to get the device to recognize the master bedroom (the area could only be cleared about a foot inside the door when cleaning), I've tried over 20 times to create a new map but never got this thing to complete will be cleaning, no random shutdown somewhere. I have never received a complete map of my 2 bedroom one floor apartment. Another interesting thing (and a BASIC issue) is that if you want to leave while you're gone, the robot will shut down and go into standby mode within minutes after getting stuck on a real or imaginary obstacle . So if you get a notification that the robot is stuck and didn't pay attention immediately, it will turn off the power (which can be turned back on by pressing and holding the power button on the vacuum for a few seconds). and it loses its progress in the cleaning cycle. Sometimes I worried about not getting stuck notifications, so I figured maybe the robot had completed its first full cleaning cycle. But then I came to check and there the robot is 5ft from the dock with no obstacle next to it, completely disabled and unable to be restarted from the application. It's like having a baby. I would come home expecting the floor to be clean and instead I had to look for a vacuum cleaner that was unresponsive and didn't show up on the map because even though the battery is at 75% charge, this battery saver lets it run that way he is utterly dead and lost. a piece of furniture somewhere. My floor is also a good environment for a vacuum cleaner, in fact the previous one rarely got stuck, but due to my disability, the promise of obstacle avoidance on this one really appealed to me, so I foolishly thought it would improve my quality of life. Fixed occasional issues with a stuck robot. I'm glad I could return this one and get a better robot. I had a cheap robot rock in comparison that was great but didn't give me the zone options I needed. However, it rarely snagged and came out amazingly clean. I then switched to a high quality robotic rock and wasn't as happy with the price as I was with the first "dumb robot". The high-end had more quirks than I thought it should cost, it crashed more often, and the app's functionality was a bit questionable, but still within acceptable limits. I got this dibot on the recommendation of friends and it was the worst I have ever dealt with. I couldn't believe I wanted my cheap dumb robot back because the T8 was such a nightmare to do anything with. I spent hours looking for another replacement and hesitantly picked up the 360 S9 and honestly it has everything I was looking for at a cheaper price. I really don't know why the T8 has so many positive reviews but I genuinely had the worst time with it and even as an extremely tech savvy person there was nothing I could do to get this thing working or even finished. full space for sure.
