I like that the equipment is easy to use, set up, and deploy. We started with 3 locations and it was easy to upgrade to more. A bit difficult to use the service from a distance with no visual confirmation, and can be hard to make out the call button on the remote. You really understand your infrastructure and what it is at the site. You can see what is working and what is not, and adjust easily, as the company is local to your specific needs. With more locations coming, it will be harder to have people at every site to maintain the equipment. I like that we are able to use our own equipment instead of renting it from other companies which is saving us money over time! We have been using this product for about 6 months now with no issues at all so far!! It has helped save me lots oof cash as well. Nothing really comes up too often but if you get stuck they will help out where needed or give advice how best t handle them next go around/.
