Good place with nice and easygoing coworkers
I worked there as an Account Executive in their Interactive Marketing department.
The work was fun! It is not very structured nor does it have any corporate culture or structure at all - so if you like that kind of environment this would probably be good for your career to go into another agency because they are pretty flexible about what projects come up. They're also great people who will take time out from other clients' jobs when necessary to help get things done. That's how we were able to pull off some really cool stuff together (including producing multiple episodes of a web series).
Pros
- Their office seems new with many modern, sleek desks/workstations; most employees seem friendly enough but others could use training regarding social media etiquette & business attire standards..and sometimes those expectations should extend beyond just job functions within agencies working under bigger companies such has Google Adwords etc.but maybe its something one can overlook due too small scale environments? Also i liked being around fellow creatives whom appreciated our creativity more than anything else
