Pros: Fan worked well, looks nice. Bad: Glass was broken upon arrival. I'm sure the seller would have replaced if I hadn't returned. Ugly: LONG delay when using remote control, several seconds waiting for fan/light response. The device actually beeps every time it is turned on. Why? ! Incredibly annoying and pointless. The lighting was the worst, there's a super bright white, a slightly less bright white, and finally a warm yellow. There's really no way to set the color you want, you have to switch between modes every time you turn on the light. I don't think you could come up with a worse product design if you tried. Worst of all, there's no way of knowing how it's going to work until it's fully installed, which meant it had to be uninstalled to get back to Revain.
