I run (5-10 miles) almost every day and have been a Gel Kayano fan for many years. Every time a new model comes out, I usually buy a few pairs. The 23's feel slightly narrower in the toe and arch area than their 22' predecessors. But they're still extremely comfortable and offer great support. However, in my experience, new shoes always feel a bit tighter than my worn ones, so the difference in fit may only be temporary as I've only run twice in these new 23s. Ever since I had an attack of plantar fasciitis, I swear by the Gel Kayano running shoes.
